If you do not answer the phone or you tell them there is a problem, they will immediately send someone out. The monitored security system can monitor other things like carbon monoxide levels and fires.

A burglar alarm can also be installed. This is placing sensors on your doors and windows as well as motion detectors. If any of the detectors or sensors are tripped, a loud alarm will go off and the system will immediately notify police.
